These community-focused classes teach essential lifesaving skills for people with little or no medical training. Courses emphasize hands-on practice and confidence-building skills to respond effectively until professional help arrives.

Heartsaver CPR/AED

This course teaches individuals how to recognize cardiac arrest and respond with high-quality CPR and proper AED use. Designed for non-healthcare providers, it builds confidence to act quickly and provide lifesaving care until emergency responders arrive.

Heartsaver First Aid & Stop The Bleed

This course teaches essential first aid skills and bleeding control techniques for non-healthcare providers. Participants learn to respond to common medical emergencies, manage injuries, and control life-threatening bleeding until professional help arrives.

Emergency Preparedness - FEMA

The FEMA Emergency Preparedness courses train anyone in emergency response and safety, teaching coordinated action, roles, and how to respond to active shooter situations. They equip participants from all backgrounds with the skills to act effectively in a crisis.
